Cellar doors in Denmark and beyond pour cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, while local butchers, bakers and cheesemakers keep a genuine farm-to-table tradition alive.     From Denmark's sheltered coves to the wild headlands of Cape Leeuwin where two oceans collide, the South West coastline rewards those who take their time. Swim at William Bay, walk the jetty at Busselton, or simply watch the light change over Ocean Beach before heading back for a slow evening by the fire.

  • Karri Forests

    Walk beneath some of the oldest and tallest trees on Earth. Nannup National Park's ancient Karri forest sits minutes from your cabin - its cathedral canopy filtering light into a green-gold hush that makes time feel optional. Guided walks, self-guided trails and quiet forest edges all start within easy reach.

  • Wildlife Encounters

    The understorey belongs to lyrebirds and pademelons; quolls slip through the paddocks at dusk. Along the coast, seals haul out on rocky shores, dolphins track the swell, and migrating whales pass within sight from January through September. You don't need a bushwalk - much of it comes to you if you're quiet enough.
